What do you think of this diet idea?

I’m going to try going one week with just low-fat milk, whole grain cereal, bananas, broccoli, and tea.

The way I see it, if you “crash diet” for a week, you are doing the same thing to your body as if you went on vacation and lived on fast food for 7 days.

And after 2 kids I’m ready to drop a few pounds. BTW, I’m 30 and a healthy vegetarian. But I’m a chunky vegetarian *shrugs*.

So what does everyone think of this?
