What are some good tips for weightloss?

I am 5′8″ and use to weigh 200lbs. I dropped 15lbs and am stuck at 185. My goal is to lose another 20lbs. I work out 2 hours a day and I would like to know what I should try to lose my goal weight. What have you done that worked to lose weight once and for all? What did you eat? Do you have any tips that are sure to work?
